Balocco

alocco S.p.A is an Italian food company based in Fossano. It was founded in 1927. Balocco produces a range of biscuits. The company exports products to about 30 countries and offers private-label production services.

In 2014, the company started a major investment plan to acquire new technologies, to improve the existing ones, and for environmental durability. They set up one of the biggest photovoltaic plants for factories in Piedmont that provides more than one third of the factory’s energy demand. In 2017 Balocco reached a turnover of € 185 million, with a net worth of more than € 56 million.

Over the past few year’s foreign markets: drew attention: the brand Balocco meant “Made in Italy” quality in more than 67 Countries. In 2017 the export turnover reached € 21,6 million, 12% of total sales. 50% of sales is within the EU, 50% in non-EU countries.
