They handle a range of sample sizes and are constructed to withstand the most corrosive environments, something that not all drying ovens can claim. Their ability to dry wet samples for chemical analysis is well proven and they will save you time and money.
Available in a range of different sizes, there is one to suit your setting. Choose from removable racks, wheel-in wheel-out trolleys or handle samples using a walkie stacker pallet jack. Whatever your decision, our ovens’ design protects the health and safety of your operators while drying samples quickly and efficiently.
Our options include:
- Our Essa DO1 Drying Oven features a single wheel-in wheel-out trolley and is suited to standard mineral laboratory settings that have a need to deliver cost effective and efficient sample drying.
- Our popular Essa DO2 Drying Oven features two wheel-in wheel-out trolleys with a total shelf space of 15 square meters. It delivers a consistent and reliable drying performance – efficiently drying large sample loads in minimal time.
- Our Essa 210HD Multi-Shelf Drying Oven is a large 2000L and comes with double doors and removable shelves. It keeps humidity low and promotes faster drying times by exchanging the total internal air volume of the oven up to 20 times per hour.
- Our Essa 220HD Trolley Drying Oven can exchange the total internal air volume 20 times per hour. This 2000L oven also features a single wheel-in wheel-out trolley for fast sample loading and unloading, and two ovens can be operated as a compact pair to save space and offer 4000L of drying space.
- With its enormous 3000L drying capacity, the Essa 300HD Stackable Rack Drying Oven holds samples in racks which are handled using a walkie stacker powered pallet jack. Humidity is kept low and drying efficiencies achieved by the oven’s ability to replace its total air volume up to 20 times per hour.
