We know about the importance of fast turnaround for labs. Our fine jaw crushers are among the most productive on the market. They are proven performers with hundreds of units successfully in use around the world.

We offer you four models to choose from for feed sizes up to 50 mm, 80 mm, 90 mm and 110 mm. All are well suited to high-volume mineral laboratories that regularly prepare rock and core samples with high quality techniques.

While we know productivity is key, we also know that safety is paramount. Your operators are in good hands with these crushers. They come with additional safety options, including safety feeder hoppers. They are also easy to operate and easy to incorporate into your process stream.

The fine jaw crusher range includes:

  • Essa® JC1250 Fine Jaw Crusher – the scaled down and more affordable version of our fine jaw crushers. Evolved from an intensive two-and-a-half-year research and development program to present power and value for high workload crushing. Clever design makes it easy for you to control product sizing.
  • Essa® JC2501 Fine Jaw Crusher – the bigger brother crusher gives you a larger feed size, such as drill core and lump rock, and delivers greater throughput with a higher reduction ratio. Particularly suited to assist exploration laboratories undertaking two-stage sample reduction protocols.
  • HSC550 Jaw Crusher – a proven trouble-free performer, this crusher reliably delivers consistent crushing results across materials including raw meal, clinker, cement, slag, ores, oxidic material and ferroalloys, with a feed size up to 50 mm.
  • HSC590 Jaw Crusher – a real workhorse and our larger HSC model, this jaw crusher crushes material with a feed size up to 90 mm. It is quick and easy to clean and keeps operators safe.
